We arrived to PEI in Spring of 2015. Our cottage in east side of island wasn't in good shape so we were starting to look for another suitable property around island. We travelled around the island and looked for property ourselves. Our main source was internet. We spent hours and hours to do that. After we thought we found interesting property, we contacted appropriate real estate agent and made appointment for viewing. To our surprise none of the agents offered follow up. Nobody called us back with another suggestions for viewing other properties. They came - showed property and good bye. That's it. Not exactly treatment we were used to from big city in West.
So we looked again and called another agent. This time we called Wayne Biggar which was Royal LePage real estate agent for one of the properties we liked. To be honest we expected same " laid back " treatment.
To our surprise that day everything changed. We were getting new listings practically daily. Our search picked on speed. Wayne was very attentive and payed attention to our wishes. He was available to us practically 24 hours ! Every time we visited property, he had all the relevant information ready. It was very clear, that he was very knowledgable, resourceful, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. No surprise just few weeks later we moved into our new house.

Being a Broker, you undoubtedly know generally what your agents are doing and how they perform. I am writing this email to personally explain how pleased I am with the efforts put forth by Wayne Biggar in the selling of our property, which was handed over to us by our dear parents, Marjorie and Delbert Rayner, before they passed away.
I have more than 45 years of experience dealing with the general public, business people as well as sales representatives, at all levels and continue to do so as I work hard on a uranium security project at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, dealing with people from all over the world. While I recognize he has only recently been a person I have been working with, he will always be among the most dedicated and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working and dealing with. I only accidentally spoke with him as I phoned your office on a weekend to seek information. My brothers and sisters and I had been working somewhat with another agent and after speaking with Wayne I reported back to the others what information was provided and the early apparent assistance offered by Wayne and the promptness of responses and style of sales work. He quickly gained recognition of everyone and we all agreed to allow Wayne the opportunity to sell the property. It is very difficult and hard to work with six very different family members (which includes their spouses), and obtain consensus among all.
We all agreed to extend his contract which ended up in a sales offer, unfortunately for Wayne, through another agent, as I know how hard he worked on the sale. I have to recognize Wayne's wife and all she had to endure as we frequently consulted each other in the evenings many times at 11:00 pm at his home, while raising young children, thank you so very much. He always kept me informed, offered suggestions/ solutions when needed, but was not forceful or overbearing.
While relatively new to real estate, Wayne stands out to me as being extremely professional, compassionate, dedicated and conscientious and I trust he will be rewarded with many sales and commissions in the future, and your support. I expect some of my family will continue a relationship with him and I truly hope for his continued success. Some day, I hope to personally shake his hand.
